Vocational Rehabilitation Assessments’ Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) have been heralded as the most comprehensive and defensible TSA many referrals have come across. The Transferable Skills Analysis assists referral sources and claimants in identifying specific direct entry career options that are suitable based upon their minimum adjusted occupational profile. The analysis process determines the claimant’s transferable skills and worker traits through a detailed analysis of their vocational/avocational history, education and medical file. Following the analysis the Evaluator identifies appropriate direct entry and/or on-the-job training options to utilize in the development of a labour market re-entry plan suitable to the claimant based upon their assessed residual vocational capacity.
