Behavioural (Psychosocial) Cognitive Job Demands Analysis

This type of psycho-vocational assessment is often required after a claimant/ client experiences a Traumatic Brain Injury.

The evaluation of a job’s cognitive and social global expected requirements is matched to the residual competitive capacity of the injured party, such as their:

Mental processes of perception, problem-solving, working memory, processing speed, judgment/ reasoning, concentration/ focus, multi-tasking abilities and social behavioural skills.

This evaluation can also determine the degree of supervision required (via on the job training and/or via a job coach) to meet / perform workplace expectations, including their ability to manage emotional situations.
